Why writing it wells
Writing It Wells is my dream-come-true. As a writer, I thought about what I wanted to see as someone looking to publish a book. I wanted to help other authors find their own paths, encourage them, and give them solutions to common problems. This is how the blog was born. It's designed to give writers the knowledge they need to succeed.
This year I took it a step further and opened Writing It Wells Developmental and Copy Editing services. I recognized that knowledge can only get an author so far. We all need help catching the flaws in our writing and what better way to ensure the quality of our books than having an experienced pair of eyes read it? This is a hands-on approach assisting authors in becoming the best they can be.
Taking it a step further, sometimes we prefer a personal touch. Keeping this in mind I expanded Writing It Wells to include book marketing and developmental coaching sessions. These hour-long sessions give writers the support and step-by-step guide they need in order to make the most of their writing and publishing experiences.

Alina Wells is an aspiring author, blogger, and poet. She studied at the University of West Florida and received her degree in Journalism and Creative Writing.
She started Writing It Wells as a way of embracing a new creative career while pursuing her first novel Star-Crossed. Today it has grown to include both a blog, editing services, and book coaching.
When she's not writing she's spending her time reading fantasy novels, cooking (her second passion), watching movies with her husband, wrangling her miniature pinscher Ranger, and collecting more gnomes.

"I would highly recommend working with Alina to anyone who wants a comprehensive and professional review of their book for critiquing. In the future, as I write more books, I will definitely be asking for her professional opinion again. She was a pleasure to work with and anyone would benefit extremely well from her knowledge. Thank you Alina!"
